卵形钢丝气门弹簧多目标优化设计

摘    要:气门弹簧广泛应用以卵形钢丝为截面的弹簧.以最大切应力最小和质量最轻作为设计目标,采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法基于MATLAB对卵形钢丝气门弹簧进行多目标优化设计.针对一实例的优化结果表明,可以准确快速得到可靠的Pareto最优解集,该优化设计方法可以为卵形钢丝气门弹簧设计提供参考.

Multi-objective Optimum Design of Volve Spring with Oval Steel Wire

Abstract:Valve spring is widely used as the spring with oval steel wire.The minimum of maximum shear stress and the lightest mass are taken as the design objectives,based on MATLAB,the NSGA-II algorithm is used for multi-objective optimization design of valve spring with oval steel wire.The optimization results show that the reliable Pareto optimal solution set can be obtained accurately and quickly,The optimization design method can provide reference for the design of volve spring with oval steel wire.
