| 摘 要： | 针对某高速大功率柴油机在样机强度考核试验中箱体横隔板出现断裂的问题 ,采用光弹应力分析、有限元计算、模态测试等手段 ,对断裂部位的断口形状、受力状态和材质等进行了研究 ,并分析了机械加工和相关零件对断裂产生的影响 ,找出了断裂产生的原因 ,提出了改进措施

| Abstract: | consisering the fracture problem of main journal bridge support during prototype strength check test, special studies were carried out on fracture section, loading state and material quality of failure position by means of photoelastic test, FE calculation, smutting test of parts etc.. The analysis on influence of machining and relevant components on fracture was performed for finding out cause of fracture. Some improving measures were offered. |
