| 摘 要： | 从国家安全、海洋开发、监测平台的发展需求方面,阐述了深海监测平台对深海环境监测的意义,以及国内外的发展现状。根据国家发展需要和国家"863计划"的要求,开展了本项工作,由此提出了一种多浮标集装式深海信息传输平台,详细论述了该平台系统结构、功能,以及各组成系统的作用,并对平台系统关键组部件进行了有限元分析计算,以及对平台系统工作过程、工作流程进行了详细介绍。
