| 摘 要： | 施工项目的成本控制已经成为项目施工过程管理的核心工作,笔者结合工作实际,对于施工项目成本组成的人工费、材料费、机械费及管理费等要素在项目实施过程中编制与过程控制所应遵循一般原则及工作流程作了阐述。
