广州地铁3号线车辆空调国产化改造

摘    要:通过广州地铁3号线车辆空调国产化改造的应用实例,分析对比了原国外空调和现国产化空调的优缺点。国产化空调通过对压缩机和制冷系统的重新设计,2个独立系统替代1个系统,提升了能效比,提高了乘车舒适度。通过对排水结构的重新设计和降低蒸发器前后压差等,解决了送风室冷凝积水和送风带水等问题。

Domestic Renovation for Vehicle Air Conditioning System of Guangzhou Line 3

Abstract:Taking the practice of domestic renovation of air conditioning system on vehicles of Guangzhou metro line 3 as an example, an analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the originally made air conditioning system and the present domestically made air conditioning system is carried out. With re-design of air conditioning compressor and cooling system, two independent systems to replace a system, the energy efficiency is enhanced, and ride comfort is improved. Through re-design of the drainage structure and reducing the front and rear diferential pressure of evaporator, the problems of condensate and stagnant water and air blown with water in the blowing chamber are solved.
