泡沫沥青筑路的试验与应用

摘    要:针对国产沥青高温稳定性差的状况,采用沥青泡沫发生器,使沥青增大体积和降低粘度,从而提高其与矿料拌和的均匀性。通过试验路的观测结果,论证了由于泡沫沥青油石比能达到理论的最佳值,有效提高了混合料的高温稳定性,有效防止了路面的发软、油包和波浪等病害,沥青用量节省了10%左右,具有较好的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:Because of the bad high temperature stability of domestic bituminous,the volume of bituminous can be enlarged and the viscosity can be decreased through asphalt foam generator to improve the uniformity of asphalt and aggregate.The results of the test road show that the method can save 10% asphalt,and have better social and eco- nomical benefits.The optimal value of oil stone ratio can be obtained through foamed asphalt.The high temperature stability is increased.The method can prevent pavement from softening,oil pox or wave problems.
