| 摘 要： | “交通7+1论坛”第十九次会议的主题为“特大城市公共交通系统的发展趋势”. 城市公共交通具有容量大、效率高、能耗小、污染少的特点，优先发展城市公共交通是解决大城市交通问题的根本途径. 会议分别介绍了北京市奥运后交通发展的情况和措施，上海市针对世博会交通采取的一系列政策和措施，广州市应对亚运会召开的一些交通做法；探讨了轨道交通和地面公共交通对特大城市发展的主要意义；分析了小汽车交通、绿色自行车交通与公共交通的互相影响和制约关系；提出了应该把城市交通作为系统工程，从城市规划与布局开始，从源头上解决问题的思路.
