摘    要:通过连续退火中淬火过程的实验室模拟,探讨了连续退火工艺(保温温度、淬火温度和过时效温度)对980MPa冷轧钢板力学性能的影响.结果表明:在水淬条件下,钢中只需加少量的合金元素就可获得980MPa的马氏体钢和高屈服型的双相钢,大大降低超高强度钢板的冷轧轧制抗力;若要获得很低屈强比的低屈服型双相钢,采用高速喷气冷却的方式较好,此时钢中合金元素含量要高于水淬的情况.

Abstract:By laboratory simulations on the quenching process in continuous annealing cycle,the effects of annealing process(holding temperature,quenching temperature and over-aging temperature) on the mechanical properties of 980MPa cold rolled steel sheets are investigated.It is discovered that under water quenching conditions,the addition of very limited alloy elements is sufficient to acquire 980MPa martensite steel or high yield dual phase steel,significantly reducing the cold rolling resistance of ultra-high str...
