| Abstract: | Firstly, this article introduced the methods, rules and steps to set up a key performance index. Secondly, taking Da Yang Ocean Shipping Company as the background, it analyzed the corporate culture and strategy. Thirdly, it concluded some key success factors of corporate strategy and then by using those factors, the corporate can establish the final key performance index. |
