| 摘 要： | 实现部队公路运输战备方案的智能化评价是信息化战争部队公路运输决策科学化的必然要求。结合智能决策支持系统与综合评价的理论与方法，建立了部队公路运输方案智能评价系统的三层体系结构：智能化人机交互层、评价分析层和集成数据库层，分析其具有的功能，并从技术层面上分别对方案生成和方案评价两大模块的运行机制进行了设计与分析，有助于为制定和优化运输方案提供支持。
