| Abstract: | A Large kindred with 153 members in 6 generations were examined; of them 18 had suffered from the Multiple Neurofibromatosis. Out of them 5 were males. 13 females. The transmis-sion accords with autosomal dominant inheritance. The main clinic expression is skin cafe au lait spot or neurinoma of skin and macousa. |
