CRH2型动车组国产化BCU通信网关的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了CRH2型动车组国产化制动控制单元(BCU)与车辆信息终端装置之间的通信网关,提出了网关硬件系统的实现方案,并给出其主程序以及各个子程序的设计思路,实现了BCU与车辆信息终端装置之间的通信。并通过将国产化BCU在CRH2型动车组BCU试验台试验,对设计网关功能进行验证。

Abstract:This paper presented the communication gateway between CRH2 EMUs domestic BCU and train message terminator.Provided a hardware realization solution of BCU communication network and gave a solution to the main program and its subprogram.The communication between BCU and train message terminator has been realized.The function of BCU gateway is verified in the way of connecting the CRH2 EMUs BCU test bench and domestic BCU.
