| 摘 要： | 崇启大桥主桥钢箱梁采用大节段整体吊装架设方法,由于梁段超长、超重,需两台大型浮吊进行抬吊。根据现场水文环境条件,对吊装设备进行选型研究;对吊重、吊高和吊幅进行严格核算;吊装中采用新型自平衡式吊索具结构形式,确保各吊点力均衡;对吊点进行优化设计,针对大节段吊装,用ansys建立大实体仿真模型进行有限元分析,确保大节段吊装时钢箱梁结构的安全性。
