| Abstract: | The operating line of systematical loading and unloading procedure has a lot of advantages, so it has been used widely in the bulk cargo terminal of port. Because the hatch-change influences the production, so a reform has been undertaken on the procedure. This paper puts forward a solving plan for optimizing the stevedoring technology and the steps of implementing the plan. After reform it has got good results of power-saving and efficiency-raising. |
