| Abstract: | The essencial safety means that the equipment would not appears accident by measures of technical reform and innovation.This paper introduces the classification and several periods of development.It states the ideal of essential safety.Also it introduces experience of building car dumper with safety essence,which aims at promoting the application of equipment with safety essence in the modern ports. |
