| 摘 要： | 为了满足不断提高的舰船自动化程度，开发一种新颖数字车钟记录仪是势在必行的。文中介绍了数字车钟记录仪所具有的新功能，提出了新颖数字车钟记录仪的方案设计、软硬件组成和具体实现方法。开发成功后的数字车钟记录仪，其方便的安装方式、简单的信号网络连接、先进的技术应用和可靠的质量，将广泛应用于各类舰船中。

| Abstract: | In order to improve vessel automation, it is necessary to develop a new type of digital telegraph recorder. The functions of this recorder are introduced, its elementary design, the components of hardware and software as well as the approach to implement are presented. The new type of digital telegraph recorder, which is featured with its convenient installation, simple network connections, advanced technology application and reliable quality, would be extensively applied in vessels. |
