摘 要: | 通过对继电器孔冲模工艺的研究分析,设计了一套强度高而非常适用的冲孔模具.详细地阐述了模具主要零部件的设计过程及重要零件的工艺参数的选择,并对模具装配制造做了详细地介绍.实践结果表明:选用的厚垫板短凸模和保护套凸模及导向卸料板对凸模导向,可延长模具的使用寿命,增加模具强度和刚度,满足了产品加工和质量要求.

Abstract: | Design a set of high intensity and applicative punching mould through research analysis of relay mould punching technology. Detailedly expound the design procedure of mould main parts and selection of technology parameter of key components,also detailedly introduces the assembly manufacture of mould.The practice result shows:selection of thick plate short of punch and protection punch and direction of the unloading plate to the punch,which can extend the service life of mould,increase the intension and stiffness of mould,meet the requirement of oroduet maehining and quality. |
