| Abstract: | According to the 11th five year planning of Shanghai, air cargo industry will be tremendously encouraged by government. Several new airfield runways and air cargo terminals are within the plan. The turnover of air cargo of Pu Dong airport is expected to triple in the next five years. However, due to fan-shaped features of Pu Dong area, the road network system might restraint the distribution of air cargo. This article described the characteristics of Pu Dong road network, expounded the impact of road network on the logistics of Pu Dong airport and discussed the solution over this problem. |
