摘 要: | 本文分析了双螺管线田基动型电感传感器交流电桥的电气特性,介绍了一种位移测量电路,该电路对传感器测量电排进行高精度恒交流激励,跟踪采样被测交流信号峰值,保证了测量的快速精密。

Abstract: | In this paper the electric properties of an alternate current bridge of an inductive coiled-coil sensor are analyzed. then a circuit used for measuring of displacement is introduced, which drives the bridge of the inductive coiled-coil sensor with constant alternate current. tracks and samplcs the peak value of the signal to be measured.so as to ensure the rapidity and accuracy of the measurement. |
