| 摘 要： | 资产证券化是现代金融市场中最重要的金融创新之一，并具有广泛的应用性。分析了现阶段我国高等教育融资的资产证券化的可能性与可行性．提出了高等教育融资的资产证券化的实施思路并分析了存在的问题。
