| 摘 要： | 针对现代电子装备自动测试系统,阐述自动测试系统通用性实现方法,提出激励资源、信号接口装置设计原则,同时探讨了神经网络与自适应算法实现故障诊断与定位中的可行性,并给出一种故障诊断自适应算法实现的方法。

| Abstract: | Based on modern electronic equipment automatic test system,the general method of automatic test system is expounded.And it puts forward the principle of design on incentive resources and signal interface.The feasibility of neural network and the adaptive algorithm in fault diagnose is discussed.At last it introduces a method of the adaptive algorithm in fault diagnose. |
