| Abstract: | This paper presents its study on the existing ship inspection system and discusses its efficiency based on the cost,accident frequency and insurance premium,taking Port Sate Control inspection as an example.Ship safety inspection seems to be successful in eliminating substandard vessels and decreasing the casualties. |
