| 摘 要： | 分析了沥青路面摊铺施工中混合料级配离析和温度不均匀的原因,介绍了一种新的施工模式.在这种施工方式中混合料转运车从运料卡车接收沥青混合料,进行二次搅拌后输入摊铺机料斗.摊铺机的专用料斗消除了两翼粗骨料的堆集.这一施工新概念保证了摊铺机的连续摊铺及混合料的均匀,并允许使用更大容量的卡车.现场施工证明这一方法是消除沥青混合料级配离析和温度不均匀的有效手段.

| Abstract: | The causes of segregation and temperate non-uniformity of asphalt concrete are analyzed.A newscheme of pavement construction is introduced in which the material transfer vehicle MTV accepts the mix from truck-re-mix the material-and convey it into the holding hopper of paver.The holding hopper of paver eliminates the accumulation of coarse material in the wings.This new concept allows continuous operation of the paver-re-blends the material and allows the use of large trailers.This method has proven to be excellent approach to elimination of segregation and temperate non-uniformity. |
