摘    要:介绍了日本东海道新干线1988年-2003年间为实现270km/h运行,在技术发展方面的变化和所做的主要工作。阐述了高速化的基本要求,以及300系车特别是300X试验车走行稳定性、乘坐舒适性、粘着制动性能、牵引和再生的控制性能、空气动力特性与环境对策等技术课题的研究情况。此外,还概述了700系车稳定运行的方略及最新技术情况。

The Technical Process in Realization of 270 km/h on the Whole Line of Tokaido Shinkansen (To Be Continued)
Abstract:Described are the changes in technology development and the main works to realize the 270 km/h operation on Tokaido Shinkansen between 1988 and 2003. Expounded are the fundamental requirements of high speed, as well as the researches on such subjects of the running stability, ride comfort, adhesion braking performance, control performance of traction and regeneration, aero-dynamic features and environmental countermeasures of the 300 series cars, especially the 300X test cars. Furthermore, the strategy of the stable operation of the 700 series cars and latest technical conditions are described generally.
