VLCC脱硫塔改装结构设计与优化

摘    要:以某载重320 000tVLCC加装开式U形脱硫塔系统的改装结构设计为研究对象,结合原船结构图纸和LR规范,基于结构设计的基本原则,重点阐述该脱硫塔改装结构设计流程和设计要领,并运用有限元MPC法对改装结构强度进行分析计算,根据分析计算结果优化结构尺寸和规格。

Abstract:Taking the modification structure design of additionally installed open-type U-shaped desulfurization tower system in a certain 320 000 t VLCC as the research object, combined with the structure drawings of original ship and LR rules, based on the basic principles of structure design, the modification structure design flow and essentials of the desulfurization tower are expounded emphatically, the finite element MPC method is used to analyze and calculate the modification structure strength, and the structure sizes and specifications are optimized according to the results of analysis and calculation.
