摘    要:介绍13000 m^3 LPG船采用低温碳锰钢建造的C型独立液货舱,阐述建造过程中的静水压力试验和机械应力释放试验计算过程,并采用有限元方法进行计算校核,试验结果表明所建造的C型独立液货舱符合IGC要求。

Abstract:The Type C independent cargo tank constructed with the low-temperature carbon-manganese steel in the 1 3000 m 3 LPG ship is introduced, the calculation processes of hydrostatic pressure test and mechanical stress relieving test during its construction are expounded, and the calculation and verification are made with the finite element method. The test results show that the constructed Type C independent cargo tank meets the demands of IGC.
