Abstract:In recent years,artificial intelligence technology has developed rapidly and has been widely applied in different industries.The use of artificial intelligence technology for cost control in the public transport industry results in a much more accurate audit and analysis of cost data,thereby improving the companies'performance of their cost control,the passengers'satisfaction about services,and enhancing the company's market competitiveness.As a crucial component of public service system,Zhenjiang Public Transport Company(ZPTC,hereafter)bears certain social benifits,which makes it unable to ease the pressure on operating costs by increasing ticket price.This article takes ZPTC as the research object.Starting from the company's measures of cost control.It analyzes the current situation and optimization measures of artificial intelligence on ZPTCs'cost control.Through the formulation of cost control objectives and the improvement of cost control measures,a proposal for the use of AI technology to effectively alleviate the pressure on the operating costs of Zhenjiang's public transport is proposed,which provides new ideas and methods for cost control in my country's public transport industry.
