船用A36钢激光-GMAW复合焊焊接工艺

摘    要:通过试验采用激光-GMAW复合焊,将激光焊和GMAW焊结合起来,可焊接较厚的钢板,由于熔深的增加,能量输入也相应增加,硬度值相应地低于单独采用激光焊的硬度值。试验结果表明,试验钢板以对接接头形式焊接,在改变坡口形式、坡口间隙的情况下,采用激光焊接根部,并用GMAW焊接接头的上部,这种工艺可生产出合格的焊缝,焊缝的宏观金相和硬度均满足要求。

Abstract:Through the test, the laser-GMAW hybrid welding combining the laser welding and GMAW welding is used, and the thicker steel plates can be welded.Due to the increase of penetration, the energy input also increases correspondingly, and the hardness value is correspondingly lower than that using the laser welding alone. The test results show that, when the test steel plate is welded by the butt joint, and under the condition of changing the groove shapes and interstices, the root is welded by the laser and the upper part of joint is welded by GMAW, and the qualified welds can be produced by this technology, whose macroscopic metallography and hardness meet the requirements.
