| 摘 要： | 从实船设计和建造管理出发,结合船厂化学品船316L不锈钢管路的基本特性,针对采购、制作、运输、保护、焊接等工艺进行探讨,对加工、布置、安装及检验等过程中的有效管理和控制措施进行论述,为化学品船316L不锈钢管的设计及管理控制提供依据,从而促进化学品船建造质量的提升。

| Abstract: | Combined with the fundamental characteristics of the 316L stainless steel pipe, the process of procurement, production, transportation, protection and welding is discussed based on the actual ship design and construction management. The effective measures in management and control of production, arrangement, installation and inspection are also collated. The analysis provides a basis for the design, management and control of 316L stainless steel pipes of chemical tankers, thereby promoting the construction quality of chemical tankers. |
