液压升降系统圆柱形桩腿两种结构形式

摘    要:从建造工艺、桩腿防转功能、桩腿强度计算等方面,对液压插销升降系统圆柱型桩腿常用的两种结构形式的优缺点进行对比分析,得出两种结构形式的适用范围,使升降系统在设计初期得到符合需要的结构形式,为后续类似船型的桩腿选型提供指导意见。

Abstract:From the aspects of shipyard construction technology,application of antirotation function and strength calculation of pile legs,the advantages and disadvantages of the two forms commonly used in the cylindrical leg of the hydraulic lifting system are compared and analyzed and the applicable scope of the two structural forms is obtained.The lifting system can obtain the structural form that meets the needs at the initial stage of the design,and provides guidance for the selection of pile legs of subsequent similar ship types.
