摘    要:介绍5000 t海缆施工船“启帆9号”的研发设计,包括海缆作业特点以及在大型海缆船设计中的船型优化、船体结构、海缆作业系统、定位系统等关键技术方面的设计思路,并对大流速条件下海缆敷设、维修作业提出新的解决方案。

Abstract:The research and design of 5 000 t submarine cable-laying vessel "Qifan No.9" are introduced, including the operating characteristics and the design ideas for key technologies such as ship type optimization, hull structure, submarine cable operating system, positioning system, etc. during the design of large submarine cable-laying vessel. New solutions for submarine cable laying and maintenance operations under large flow conditions are proposed.
