| 摘 要： | 施工占道是现在城市建设中的一个常见问题,如何解决施工下的路网平衡是一个亟待解决的问题。通过对路权的阐释,给出施工占道情况下的路权计算模型,在确定路权的同时应用多路径模型计算路网上的交通量的分配,从而使施工路段上的车流量达到平衡,避免不必要的交通拥堵。
