基于土力学剪应力理论的沥青路面开裂分析

摘    要:以土力学剪应力理论为基础,对半刚性基层沥青路面结构开裂应力、裂缝间距和裂缝宽度的计算方法进行探讨,论述荷载与温度湿度的耦合作用;分析了材料抗拉强度、弹性模量、荷载水平应力、水平阻力系数、温度和湿度等因素对沥青路面开裂的影响;提出了材料的临界弹性模量的观点和高强度、低模量的选择原则,以及控制温差总量、限制超重车辆行驶等防止沥青路面开裂的建议与措施。

Abstract:Based on the soil mechanics shear stress theory,the author studied the methods to calculate the cracking stress interval,and width of bitumin pavement with semi-rigidity base.Factors affecting on the cracks of bitumin pavement were analyzed including tensile strergth of materials-elastic modulu-horizontal stress of the load-the coefficient of horizontal risistance of interfaces-temperature and moisture,etc,as well as the combined effect of load,temperature and humidity.In addition,this paper put forward the concept of the critical elastic modulus of materials and the principle of high strength and low elastic modulus,and some suggestions and measures to prevent the bituminous surface from cracking such as the control of the temperature difference and overweight vehicles on the road.
