Abstract:The authors expound the characteristics of the current market economy, discuss the importance and essentiality of standardization strategy for enterprises to participate market competition. By combining with the research project on enterprise standardization system of China Northern Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Group; the authors introduce the standardization strategy and countermeasures for group enterprise.
