摘    要:分析了车身钣金件加强筋的设计原理,并从静刚度、模态、应力分布及安全强度等方面全面分析了车身不同区域加强筋的优化目标.通过CAE形貌优化及参数化尺寸优化的方法找到最优的加强筋初始设计方案,在此基础上再通过详细考虑制造工艺等特点得到加强筋的最终设计方案.

Abstract:The theory of bead’s function of body structure parts and performance aim such as static stiffness,mode,stress distribution and strength in different regions are analyzed.The original bead design is brought out by topography and size optimization methods and based on original design the final design is fixed by considering the manufacturing process characteristics.
