| 摘 要： | 针对非独立成套公房难以出售问题，提出竞价出售、就地改善、引进外资改造等方法。为加快公房出售的速度，还需采取公房逐步提租、规范物业管理收费行为、加大贷款力度和延长还款期限等措施。

| Abstract: | With respect to the issue that nonindependent unit public housing is difficult to be sold, this article presents methods such as sale with price competition, on the spot improvement , introduction of foreign investment for rebuilding, etc. In order to speed up the selling of public housing, it is necessary to increase rentals for public housing gradually, standardize fee colection for property management , enhance lending capacities of banks and extend terms for repayments. |
