Approach to Design Procedures for Cold Recycling Mixture with Foamed Bitumen

In the light of achievements researched in lab and applied experiences,the paper poses design procedures for cold recycling mixture with foamed bitumen.Design contents include the design of material and gradation,bitumen and its foaming behavior,determination of mixing water consumption,formation and curing of specimen,controlling target for optimized consumption of foamed bitumen along with methods controlling it.Practical application testifies that design procedures for propotioning of foamed bitumen mixture,based on water stability,might be regarded as a main guiding basis for research in lab and project application.
