| 摘 要： | 对固定式砂轮机房粉尘浓度超标的原因进行分析后，笔者提出了适宜的风机排风量，对于砂轮机除尘的各种方式，作了比较，同时对多台砂轮机除尘，推荐一种结构简单，性能可靠，除尘效率高的地沟式除尘方案，对系统设计的关键部位，也作了扼要的论述。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the cause on exceeding standard of dust concentration in fixed mode abrasive disc engine room, the author introduces an optimum ventilation volume of dust collecting fan, and compares the variety types of dust removal for abrasive disc engine. A recommendation of garben mode dust removal program with simple construction, well performance and high efficiency and the key position for system design is also put forward. |
