摘    要:为了探讨大跨钢箱提篮拱桥施工控制的主要内容和技术难点问题,针对钢箱提篮拱桥施工控制的关键技术,提出一次张拉到位的思想方法确定主拱圈安装过程中的扣索索力和定位标高。应用扣索一次张拉到位的控制思想,对一座钢箱提篮拱桥实桥进行了施工控制计算,得出了合理的扣索索力和定位标高。通过与实测值比较验证了该方法是可行的和有效的。该方法可应用于采用斜拉扣挂施工工艺的其他拱桥的实际控制工程中。

Abstract:The objective of this study is to research the key technology of the construction control of a steel box basket-handling arch bridge.The key technology of the new method of the once tensioning (the cable force of this segment needs to be tensed only once) is studied in this paper, A method of determining the reasonable buckling cable force and the precamber in the process of assembling the long span arch bridge is applied to solve the main problem in the construction control of the whole welding steel box basket-handling bridge. Reasonable results of buckling force and precamber are maintained in the application. The new method is verified to be reasonable and feasible through compared with the measurable numbers. This new method can be applied to the construction control of the same type arch bridge.
