| 摘 要： | 利用Ansys-CFX软件,通过改变流化床表面各区域气体速度分布对罐式粉粒物料运输车出料性能进行分析计算,并结合实际生产的罐式粉粒物料运输车进行性能对比试验,得出流化床表面气体速度分布应按照离出料喇叭口由近到远的距离由小到大分布为最佳。

| Abstract: | Discharging performance of bulk powder delivery tanker is simulated in different pneumatic velocity distributions in fluidized bed surface by Ansys-CFX. With the property contrast test, it is optimization that the pneumatic velocity of a fluidized bed surface should be distributed from high to low according to the distance, which is from short to long between pneumatic position and discharging bellmouthing. |
