摘 要: | 变幅连杆机构是制约和影响折臂式随车起重机起吊能力的关键因素,而准确的参数化模型是进行变幅连杆机构优化设计的基础。分别采用Pro/E和ADAMS软件对产品进行了参数化建模,并进行了相应的动力学分析,最后以Pro/E分析结果验证了ADAMS参数化模型的正确性。

Abstract: | Luffing linkage mechanism is the key factor of restricting and influencing folding arm lorry-mounted crane lifting capacity, and the accurate parametric model is the basis of the optimization of luffing mechanism. The product parametric models are established and the dynamics analysis of the models are analized with Pro/E and ADAMS, respectively. Using the analysis results to verify the correctness of the ADAMS parametric model. |
