摘 要: | 在铝合金客车车身骨架分析的基础上,对十字形连接接头进行结构优化,再利用HyperWorks对原有骨架和新型连接接头进行对比分析。最后在保证性能的基础上对新型连接接头进行尺寸优化,开发出质量更轻的铝合金连接接头。

Abstract: | On the basis of aluminium alloy bus body frame analysis,make structure optimization for the cross connection joint,and then use HyperWorks to do comparation analysis for original frame and new model connection joint.Finally do dimension optimization for new connection joint on the basis of performance guarantee,develop more lighter weight aluminium alloy connection joint. |
