| Abstract: | The Three Rural problems have been the bottleneck of economic development in China ,which closely relates the realization of constructing the well-off society.However ,the issue of farmers is the key problem.Therefore ,to solve the Three Rural problems ,it is of great importance to make appropriate arrangement of farmer workers during the transforming process from agricultural to industrial society. |
