摘    要:听课、评课是听取和评议他人的教学,总结他人的知识和经验,反思是总结对比发现自己的不足,促进个人的自我改进和发展的有效途径。文中提出了基于听评课的反思概念,总结了基于听评课反思对高职英语教师自我发展的重要作用,探讨了如何通过基于听评课的反思促进高职英语教师的自我发展策略。

Abstract:Lesson observation and evaluation mean that teachers observe and evaluate other teachers' lessons and sum up their experiences, hut reflecting means that teachers summarize and find out their own shortcomings by comparing with other teachers, reflecting is an effective way to promote self-improvement and self- development. The paper puts forward to reflecting based on lesson observation and evaluation, sums up that this kind of reflecting is very important to vocational English teachers' self- development and discuss how to promote vocational English teachers' self-development by reflecting based on lesson observation and evaluation.
