| Abstract: | The Luojing Terminal (Phase 2) Engineering is an important constituent part in the process of constructing Shanghai International Shipping Center,and its project of water area has the characteristics of large-scale size,short duration and complex external environment.This paper analyzes the safety situation of the engineering,and then it introduces the organization and planning of the engineering construction and its management countermeasures.It has gained good effects after implement. |
