沥青路面层间抗剪性能研究

摘    要:随着交通量的迅速增长,以及超载现象的普遍存在,许多山区公路因层间黏结强度不足而导致滑移、拥抱等病害严重.通过室内试验成型的大尺寸试件,利用MTS加载的斜剪切议测定不同温度下、不同粘层油撒布量下AC-13与AC-20间的层间抗剪强度.结果发现,常温下粘层油的撒布能够大大改善层间抗剪强度,粘层油的撒布存在最佳撒布量;在高温条件下,层间抗剪强度降低,但合理的粘层油撒布量仍可以提高层间抗剪强度,当粘层油撒布量过大时,粘层油将起到润滑剂的作用而导致层间抗剪强度降低.

Abstract:With the increasing of traffic, overloads are prevailing in China. Slippage and upheaval were ob- served in many mountainous highways due to poor interface bonding. Through preparation of large scale samples in laboratory, slop shear test was used to test the shear resistance of the interface between AC-13 and AC-20 under different interface bonding condition. The results showed tack coat could enhance the interface shear resistance, but when the tack coat application rate was too high, tack coat would decrease it. Under high temperature, shear resistance would reduce and high application of tack coat would serve as lubricant and decrease interface shear resistance. Both application and its application rate are very important to improve interface bonding.
