Problems and Solutions on Carpooling of Private Car

At present, the urban traffic congestion has been an obvious problem in China. At the same time, the empty-loaded rate of private cars is high. Private carpooling can alleviate the traffic pressure and save travel cost effectively. Given this, the paper introduced the domestic and international status of earpooling, found out the problems of private carpooling in China through comparing with other countries, and put forward some corre- sponding solutions, in which the mode of commuting carpooling based on fixed time and routes is highlighted. The method can solve the office workers＇ earpooling problems effectively.
