| 摘 要： | 针对我国公共基础设施建设土地征用现状及法律适用情况,分析我国土地征用的性质及法律缺失,并结合工作实践,介绍吉林省交通建设征地过程中的出现的土地征用问题和解决方法,以期为我国其他公共基础设施建设的土地征用工作提供参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | In allusion to the status of land acquisition for public infrastructure construction in China and the related laws, the paper analyzes the property of and acquisition in China and the lack of laws, moreover intro-duces the existing problems in the process of compulsory land acquisition for traffic construction in Jilin Province and the solutions, expecting provide reference to the work of compulsory land acquisition for the other public in- frastructure construction. |
