基于碾压遍数的沥青路面压实度检测技术研究

摘    要:沥青路面质量控制应着眼于施工过程而非施工之后.利用无核检测技术,分析施工过程中碾压遍数、碾压温度对压实度形成的影响.针对沥青路面工程,测试并分析了路面压实度与压实功、分布位置、混合料温度等因素的关系,得出结论:前4遍压实对路面压实度贡献最大;路面压实度在横向分布不均匀,两端存在压实不足的可能性;在压实3遍后混合料温度显著下降.研究表明,利用无核检测技术能有效、迅速地评价沥青路面施工质量,并对现场施工提出建议.

Abstract:The quality control of asphalt pavement should aim at construction process, rather than after the construction. This paper analyzes the influence of rolling pass and rolling temperature on the formation of compaction by using non-clear pavement quality indicator. In allusion to asphalt pavement project, the correlation between pavement compaction degree and compaction effort, or distribution location, or mixture temperature are analyzed. The conclusion is that the first 4 times' compaction contributes the most to compaction degree; the transverse distribution of pavement compaction degree is uneven, the possibility of insufficient compaction on both ends exists; after 3 times of compacting, the mixture's temperature drops greatly. The research indicates that the construction quality of asphalt pavement can be evaluated effectively and quickly by using non-clear pavement quality indicator, and the suggestions can be put forward to the on-site construction.
