基于浮动车技术的北京西三环快速路交通运行状况分析

摘    要:以北京西三环(玉泉营桥—四通桥)快速路为研究对象,基于调查研究得到瓶颈点分布,采用浮动车技术得到不同路段行程速度作为评价指标的统计数据,定量论证和分析瓶颈点的存在对北京西三环交通运行的影响程度,可为城市交通管理部门采取相应的改善和疏堵措施提供理论和数据支撑,同时,也能为其他城市快速路的交通运行状况研究提供—定的参考与借鉴.

Abstract:Taking Beijing West 3rd Ring Expressway (Yuquanying Bridge to Sitong Bridge) as the study ob-ject, on the basis of an investigation on the distribution of the bottleneck points, and by obtaining the travel speed of different sections as the statistical data of evaluation index via floating car technology, this paper quantitatively demonstrates and analyzes the degree of influence on Beijing West 3rd Ring Expressway from the existing of the bottleneck point. In this case, it can offer some theory and data to support traffic management department to take relevant perfect measures. Simultaneously, it can provide some recommendations for the traffic operation condition analysis of other expressways.
